UltraFS 12 Week Powerlifting Program

The UltraFS 12 Week Powerlifting Program is designed by Ultra Fitness and Strength Gym owner Jake Fisher. The training cycle is based off his own experience with trial and error to create huge success with himself and over 100s of his athletes/clients.
